Exchanges

Items may be exchanged within 14 days of the delivery or pickup date.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Be accompanied by your receipt or order confirmation.

Items requested for exchange after 14 days will not be accepted.

Exchange Eligibility

Eligible items may be exchanged for:

A different size of the same item (subject to availability).
A replacement if the item is defective or damaged.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost if the issue is determined to be the result of our error or a manufacturing defect.
